  The CD Momentos Bellos represents a blending of two important aspects of ministry in southern Spain: the music and the message.

  The Music is "Flamenco". It is the form of music that best represents the culture of Spain called Andalucía, the entire southern section of the peninsula. It is the music brought to the region centuries ago by gypsies. Full of emotion and movement, it has become the heart music of the so many Spaniards of the region around Málaga, Seville, Granada, and Córdoba -- that is, Andalucia.

  The Message is the Gospel. The lyrics of flamenco music are traditionally emotionally charged, but lack the hope of the new life that Jesus Christ brings to the believer. In the CD Momentos Bellos, the author wanted to represent, as he says in his opening comments of the CD, "the hope, happiness and joy" of the Christian life. Through the lyrics of the songs the emotional joy of salvation and the hope of heaven are repeated in short, memorable stanzas.

  What better way to evangelize Andalucians than with their own music and the message of Our Savior Jesus Christ! At the ABRE Foundation our goal is to see men and women come to full, saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We do this by partnering with the Spanish church through Bible training, discipleship, evangelism, and church planting. This CD is fruit of such a partnership, produced by a recent graduate of the Al-Andalus Bible College, one of the many ministries of ABRE Foundation. We are praying that through projects of this type many more souls will be welcomed, with clapping hands, into the gates of heaven.
